The Senior Manager - Soft Services - Facilities Management at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and governance of all soft services across Qiddiya's assets. This includes managing cleaning, landscaping, waste management, security, pest control, and other support services to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
The role includes overseeing service delivery by third-party providers, establishing performance standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuously improving service quality to support the overall guest and employee experience at Qiddiya.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in soft services management within facilities management, preferably in large-scale mixed-use, entertainment, or leisure sectors.
• Proven experience managing multiple third-party vendors and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards applicable to soft services.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is desirable.
