Shift Timing: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
We are hiring a seasoned and dynamic leader to head Site Operations for our Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) Business Unit in Pune. This role oversees cross-functional teams spanning operations, client services, and support, with a focus on driving performance and operational excellence.
The Senior Manager will foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture, while ensuring alignment with Veradigm’s strategic goals and values. As the key liaison between offshore operations and U.S. leadership, the role ensures transparent communication, strategic execution, and cultural continuity across teams.
This position reports directly to the Vice President (U.S.) of RCMS.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Management
• Collaborate with RCMS business leaders and global stakeholders to align site operations with enterprise-wide objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and cost optimization by executing strategic initiatives defined by executive leadership.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams, product and solutions groups, and offshore vendors to support business expansion and market positioning.
Operational Oversight
• Design and implement scalable processes that balance global standards with local operational needs.
• Provide strategic oversight and project leadership across RCMS functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance insights to senior leadership.
• Leverage data-driven tools and dashboards to enhance visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement throughout transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute site-specific strategies that drive long-term growth.
Talent Development & Team Building
• Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to build a high-performing, future-ready team.
• Identify training needs and implement targeted learning programs to upskill talent and close capability gaps.
• Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-energy work environment that promotes cross-functional synergy.
• Mentor emerging leaders and collaborate with department heads to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Provide coaching and career development support to direct reports, aligning individual growth with organizational goals.
Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary conduit between Pune operations and global leadership, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication of local industry insights, challenges, and achievements.
Automation & Innovation
• Spearhead automation initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks through Digital Process Automation (DPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and advanced reporting tools—enabling teams to focus on strategic, value-added activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Education - Bachelor’s in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience - 12+ years in RCMS (US Healthcare), including 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
Domain Expertise - Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCMS processes, professional billing (hospital billing a plus) with exposure handling multispecialty groups and client performance metrics.
Leadership - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and deliver measurable outcomes
Communication – Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
Global Exposure - Experience in multicultural, global delivery environments, vendor management practices, and navigating complex organizational structures.
Strategic Thinking - Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results, innovation, and continuous improvement
Compliance Knowledge - Familiarity with HR best practices, legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks relevant to offshore operations
Technology & Automation - Exposure to RPA, DPA, and workflow optimization tools is an added advantage
Flexibility - Willingness to work across time zones and travel for vendor and site engagements
