Job Description

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that elevate seller performance across the full revenue lifecycle. This role blends strategic planning with disciplined project leadership, ensuring that complex fintech capabilities, regulatory requirements, and product innovations are translated into clear, actionable, and scalable enablement experiences.

You will own the enablement roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional alignment, and deliver programs that improve onboarding, product readiness, sales plays, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-moving, technical environments and can influence without authority.

• Build and scale frameworks for content governance, version control, and field accessibility across platforms.

• Design and deliver training programs that strengthen product fluency, competitive positioning, and sales execution.

• Analyze seller performance, content usage, and training effectiveness to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

• Service as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, providing insights on field needs, capability gaps, and opportunities to accelerate revenue.

• Manage cross-functional communication, ensuring clarity of ownership, timelines, and expectations across all enablement projects.

• Mentor associate enablement team members and contribute to building a high performing, collaborative enablement function.

Who You Are

• 8-10 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or GTM roles; fintech experience strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience building scalable enablement programs, content systems, and training frameworks.

• Proficiency with project management tools and enablement platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Nice to Have
