Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. This role will support Risk Consulting across the GCC sub-region with focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) as the key market. Key responsibilities will be to: Deliver Projects – Lead and execute consulting engagements with high impact. Support Business Growth – Drive business development and meet sales targets for Risk Consulting in KSA. Build Expertise – Develop thought leadership and best practices in risk areas including Credit, Fraud, Authorization, and Cybersecurity. Specific Responsibilities include: Proactively engage with consulting and client leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of Risk & Risk Analytics work. Develop engagement pitches, draft proposals and in coordination with account executives secure new Risk Consulting assignments with clients. Deliver consulting engagements, including managing the team of consultants (if applicable), resolving complex strategic problems, synthesizing recommendations, preparing and delivering client presentations, managing complex project structures. Use data to manage risks and uncover improvement opportunities. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., other VCA areas, client services, marketing, sales, innovation) to implement projects in ways that maximize the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of banking and/or payments, with a focus on consumer lending, SME lending, and payments fraud. Proven business development experience within a consulting firm, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Hands-on consulting experience, gained either at a consulting firm or within the strategy function of a financial institution. Advanced problem-solving skills, with evidence of intellectual and analytical rigor. Strong project management capabilities, demonstrated by consistently delivering high-quality project milestones on time. Results-driven and highly motivated, with a proactive approach to generating impact for clients and the organization. Proficiency in both English and Arabic. Demonstrated expertise in one or more Risk Management domains, including: Credit Risk (e.g., credit policy, process design, line assignment and management, collections, scorecard development) Authorization & Fraud Risk (e.g., fraud rules design, counter-fraud framework design, initiatives for authorization improvements, disputes management) Cybersecurity (e.g., cybersecurity maturity assessment, vulnerability testing) Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Credit Risk, Authorization & Fraud Risk, or Cybersecurity. Experience presenting to and engaging with senior management, both internally and with clients. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, utilize PowerPoint and data visualization, and apply structured storytelling techniques (e.g., pyramid principle) to support fact-based decision-making. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in geographically distributed teams. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to create clear narratives and develop compelling storyboards, templates, and visuals. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
