Role Summary

The Senior Manager will be the primary architect of foodpanda Bangladesh’s retail media ecosystem. This is a "player-coach" role where you will manage our most prestigious global CPG accounts and top-tier financial institutions. You will be expected to leverage a deep, existing network within top-tier media agencies to pivot their traditional digital spend toward foodpanda’s high-conversion retail media assets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic Alliances: Lead the negotiation and closure of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners

• Financial Institution Partnerships: Design and secure high-value partnerships with banks and fintech players to drive user acquisition through integrated payment offers.

• Agency Leadership: Act as the key point of contact for Media Agency Heads and Planning Directors to ensure foodpanda media solutions is a "top-of-mind" channel during annual brand planning.

• Revenue & Performance: Own the platform-wide media revenue target. Optimize the mix of CPM, CPC, and ROAS-based products to maximize yield per user session.

• Ecosystem Integration: Work with internal Product and Ops teams to ensure ads are seamlessly integrated across Food, pandamart, and shops without degrading user experience.

• Reporting Excellence: Oversee complex post-campaign analysis, translating raw data into strategic growth stories that secure multi-year investment commitments.

• Requirements

• Experience: 8–10+ years in Media Sales, Agency Leadership, or Brand Management.

• Agency Network: Mandatory deep-rooted relationships with major media buying houses (e.g., GroupM/Mindshare, Asiatic, Bitopi, etc.) in Bangladesh.

• Industry Knowledge: Expert understanding of the Bangladesh digital landscape and the shift from traditional "Awareness" media to "Retail" media.

• Education:BBA/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's Degree will be highly preferred.

• Skills: Master of consultative selling, P&L management, and high-stakes negotiation.
