Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Projects to lead and manage key projects across various sectors within our dynamic and fast-growing entertainment destination. This role involves end-to-end project management, from planning and execution through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects across different domains.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and establish clear timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project integration and communication.
• Manage project budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues to keep projects on track.
• Implement best practices and project management methodologies to improve project performance and delivery quality.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout project execution.
• Mentor and lead project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance project outcomes and add value.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the capability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in project management.
