Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of our commercial office projects. Initial focus will be to assist with the fit-out of our Laysec Valley offices. In this critical role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that our commercial office developments are executed to the highest standards, aligning with our strategic vision of becoming a leading entertainment and lifestyle destination.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of commercial office projects from inception through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to define project objectives, specifications, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and budget estimates, ensuring effective monitoring and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Oversee the procurement process, managing contractor and supplier relationships to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives and schedules.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project development process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations to enhance project execution and drive value.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on commercial office development and fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing sizable projects through all phases of development, from concept through to successful execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in commercial real estate is an advantage.
