Your challenge

Senior Manager - Product Owner creates product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close rela!onships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. A Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s func!ons while iden!fying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Product owners will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on

• Develop in-house Transportation Management System, designated to improve and increase the efficiency of CP Axtra Logistics and analytics capabilities
• Design and build robust data pipelines to enable data-driven business insights and enhance customer experience
• Lead engineer teams to define, develop, and integrate automated solutions for various operations related to logistics
• End to end team output strategy from inception to production
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
• Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
• Works closely with CPO to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
• Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders


Requirements:
• Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the grocery/ food supply chain
• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
• Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
• Experience with B2B digital products
• Understanding and knowledge of various roles of the digital marketplace, e.g., seller acquisition, supply chain, marketplace ops, etc. and how they interact with product offering
• Have experiences with managing data ingestion, storage, and processing, and collaborate with data professionals to design and implement advance analytics capabilities
• Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
• Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
• Have ability to develop methods and promote work standards among other employees of the company
• You have the ability to create an atmosphere of trust and comfortable/ efficient work environment
• Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
• Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders in both English and Thai
• Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
• Have proven skills in managing staff, coaching, resolving conflicts
