As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Commercialization, you will lead and empower cross‑functional teams to deliver successful new product launches across our Water Business Unit. This role is ideal for a collaborative, customer‑focused, and operationally minded professional who thrives on alignment, shared accountability, and turning product vision into high‑quality, customer‑ready experiences.
You’ll guide the end‑to‑end commercialization process for products across categories including smart water devices, faucets, showerheads, and filtration ensuring every launch is strategically positioned, thoughtfully executed, and fully aligned with brand standards. Working closely with Brand, Product Strategy, Channel Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams, you will help create consistent, inclusive, and engaging experiences across channels and touchpoints.

What you will be doing:
• Lead and support the end‑to‑end commercialization process for new product launches across Moen and the House of Rohl brands.
• Shape product positioning and messaging using consumer insights, market trends, and brand strategy.
• Define clear, customer‑centered go‑to‑market strategies and integrated marketing calendars aligned to product, brand, and channel goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners including Brand, Product, Engineering, Sales, Retail, and Digital teams to build shared ownership for launch readiness and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk tracking to ensure launches remain on track without compromising quality or customer experience.
• Support the development of customer‑facing materials by guiding value propositions and messaging hierarchies.
• Identify challenges early and work with partners to resolve issues in a way that supports teams and protects launch success.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track commercialization progress, risks, costs, and outcomes.
• Lead regular reporting and executive updates, translating complex program information into clear, actionable insights.
• Champion continuous learning and improvement in commercialization processes, tools, and governance routines.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders and navigate competing priorities through influence and collaboration.
• Serve as the connective link across teams, ensuring alignment on launch goals, responsibilities, and customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in commercialization, marketing, or product development programs, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Brand, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, including developing product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
• Proven success managing multi-channel product launches (e.g., retail, eCommerce, B2B), ideally in consumer durables, CPG, or home technology.
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in home improvement, consumer durables, or technology hardware industries.
• PMP, Agile, or other program or project management certification.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and performance tracking tools.
• Experience supporting global or cross‑regional commercialization initiatives.
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $175,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
