About the role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics (m/f/d) to join our team.

About your tasks:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3 product analysts, providing mentorship, career development, and performance management.
• Partner with and coach Product Managers and Product Leadership to define and track key product success metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature optimization.
• Build and scale standardized reporting and dashboards to monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Design to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Establish best practices for experimentation, including A/B testing design, execution, and measurement.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower product teams with accessible data insights.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely analysis through strong data governance and process management.
• Represent the analytics function in product leadership forums, influencing decisions with a clear, data-driven perspective.
• Balance hands-on analytical work (70%) with people leadership and team enablement (30%).

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a closely related role.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/people management capacity.
• Proven experience in online retail platforms, online marketplaces, or ecommerce environments.
• Strong expertise in analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success in driving insights that directly impact product strategy and customer experience.
• Deep knowledge of experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, inspire, and grow analytics talent.

Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time. At the same time, we value relationship between all members of the area and therefore we have regular team and area anchor days on which every team member is asked to come to the office.
