We work together, support each other, and value curiosity, creativity, and clear communication!
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of complex problem cases and guide them through the entire lifecycle. You’ll partner with teams across functions, turning insights into improvements that make a real impact.
Your work may include:

• Coaching team members and helping others grow their skills
• Analyzing trends, producing reports, and identifying patterns that help us improve

• Recommending updates to processes and tools to help us work smarter
• Ensuring requirements and documentation meet our quality standards
• Coordinating small and medium‑sized projects with guidance from leadership
We believe great ideas come from everywhere, and you’ll have room to explore new approaches, ask questions, and influence how we evolve!

• Strong communication skills, especially when explaining complex issues to senior leaders
• Confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders
• Flexibility to work shifts across UK–Romania schedules
• A solid understanding of technical environments and how different teams connect
• Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to apply established approaches in new situations
• Deep expertise in a core rigor and the ability to apply it across a wide range of scenarios
If you don’t meet every requirement but feel excited about the role, we encourage you to apply—we’d love to hear your story!
Additional Information
In this role, you may lead smaller projects, guide colleagues, and contribute to planning and decision‑making. You’ll help us shape how we operate and ensure we keep improving. You’ll also have the chance to mentor others, share knowledge, and support a culture of collaboration and learning.
We’re looking for people who enjoy understanding the bigger picture of how technology and services evolve. If you love solving problems, working with great people, and exploring new ideas, this is a fantastic place to grow your career!
