We are looking for reinforcement for our very dynamically growing Life Science (Pharma & MedTech) sector. As an expert in Life Science, you will support our customers in various R&D Business Functions such as Regulatory Affairs,  Quality Management  and Clinical in the context of digital transformation. You advise our customers in the definition of the digital transformation strategy and at the same time take over the project management of implementation projects and industry-specific system implementations. In doing so, you act at the interface between business and IT.

You take an active role in the development of our customer portfolio in the Pharma & MedTech industries. Furthermore, you support the design of the industry-specific service portfolio according to the requirements and current trends around the topic of digital transformation in these industries.

Who you are:
You are an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, you are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
• At least 8-years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical and / or MedTech industry in business-related IT-topics and industry-specific knowledge in common business processes such as Clinical Trial Systems, Laboratory Information Management System, Regulatory Information Management System or Quality Management Systems  
• Solid customer network and proven experience in business development and customer account development
• Interested  in developing customer specific solutions and concepts and the will to actively contribute to the development of the Pharma and MedTech industry business within our company
• Strategic mindset
• Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and agile tools, ideally Project Management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit)
• Willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations
• Willingness to travel
• Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German)
