About Satellogic

Satellogic is a vertically integrated Earth Observation company that designs, manufactures, and operates satellite systems, delivering decision-grade insights at scale to government and commercial customers.

We build space systems end-to-end, from satellite design and manufacturing to launch and on-orbit operations, giving us the ability to deploy quickly, operate reliably, and support persistent monitoring across regions and priority areas. Our approach moves customers beyond one-off imagery toward continuous awareness and alert-driven decision-making, with flexible pathways that can evolve from managed monitoring to full satellite ownership and sovereign control.

Our technology supports a wide range of use cases across climate monitoring, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, defense and intelligence, helping organizations detect change, manage risk, and plan with confidence.

With a team distributed across five countries, Satellogic brings together expertise in satellite engineering, software development, data science, manufacturing, operations, and go-to-market. We’re a group of purpose-driven builders who value ownership, curiosity, and execution—and who work with humility, honesty, and empathy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and high-impact leader to spearhead our Partner and Channel Strategy across Europe. This pivotal role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing high-value relationships with European defense primes, space companies, and resellers. The primary objective is to accelerate market penetration for our satellite data products by building a robust ecosystem that integrates our technical superiority into mission-critical government and commercial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with revenue-generating partners, including major European defense primes, system integrators, and specialized geospatial analytics firms.

Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with European resellers and Value-Added Service Providers (VASPs) to expand regional footprint and drive indirect sales.

Revenue & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a multi-million dollar pipeline through strategic alliances, ensuring consistent growth in the European defense and sovereign data domains.

Market Alignment: Act as a bridge between European partners and internal Product and Engineering teams to translate regional defense requirements into actionable product features.

Partner Enablement: Create and deliver training, messaging, and sales enablement materials to empower partner teams to position our data products effectively.

CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of partner interactions and pipeline stages within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Industry Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the European defense, space, or geospatial sectors.

Existing Network: Proven, active relationships with European defense primes (e.g., Airbus, Leonardo, Thales, OHB) and key agencies (e.g., FRONTEX, ESA, EUSATCEN).

Geospatial Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Earth Observation (EO) data, satellite analytics, and the GEOINT landscape.

Superior Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to C-suite and government stakeholders.

Defense Market Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of European defense acquisition processes, security protocols, and sovereign data requirements.

Location: Must be based in the European Union or United Kingdom.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
