Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness and play a crucial role in shaping the future of entertainment and cultural experiences in the region. This leadership position is essential for ensuring that our projects are fully prepared for operation, guaranteeing that each launch meets the high standards of quality and service expected by our guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategic operational readiness plans that align with Qiddiya’s vision, ensuring that all projects are poised for successful execution.
• Facilitate collaboration between various departments to embed operational requirements seamlessly into each project’s lifecycle.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments to identify readiness levels and potential risks, providing actionable solutions before project implementation.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs that prepare employees for their roles in newly launched projects.
• Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators, delivering regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Lead risk management initiatives to proactively address operational challenges and ensure contingency protocols are in place.
• Enhance guest experience by ensuring operational readiness processes are tailored to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
· A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale project sectors, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
· Strong track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
· Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams effectively.
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
· Experience in executing training and readiness programs tailored for a diverse workforce.
· Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with the cultural landscape and regulatory environment of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
