We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Rental Operations to join our property management team. This role involves managing operations, developing & maintaining client relationships, and driving the financial success of the rental department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the property management team to maintain exceptional performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, developers, and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand our property portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform and adapt business strategies.
Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the rental department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
Act as the lead in managing and resolving client complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and performance reviews.
Report to building owners.
Review of purchase orders and approval of invoices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational and financial performance.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint).
