Senior Manager - MEP Electrical Engineer (Saudi national only)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - MEP Electrical Engineer - Residential Delivery to spearhead the engineering management for MEP systems across our residential projects. This role calls for a resilient leader dedicated to ensuring that all MEP electrical systems are designed, constructed, and delivered to the highest standards, meeting operational and regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with architects, contractors, and clients to create exceptional residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Oversee the project lifecycle from inception through design, construction, and final handover for all MEP electrical systems in residential developments.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP elements within architectural designs.

Design Oversight

• Lead the development, review, and approval of electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Implement best practices in design management, considering energy efficiency and sustainability standards.

Consultant & Contractor Liaison

• Manage relationships with consultants and contractors, providing technical guidance and addressing issues promptly.
• Monitor performance against project milestones and quality benchmarks during the construction phase.

Budget & Scheduling

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all MEP electrical work is delivered within financial constraints.
• Prepare project schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and government authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance.
• Engage with all stakeholders to align project goals and resolve challenges effectively.

Final Inspection & Handover

• Supervise final inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP electrical systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead the handover process to clients, providing necessary documentation and support for seamless transitions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential project delivery.
• Proven experience in managing MEP services design and execution for large residential projects.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing MEP electrical systems.
• Skilled in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and resolve technical challenges under pressure.
