Senior Manager, Marketing Consulting

Join EPAM as a Senior Manager, Marketing Consulting in our hybrid Spain team. In this role you will be the bridge between development teams and clients to provide data-driven solutions to complex marketing, media and measurement challenges. You’ll collaborate with colleagues and enterprise clients across borders and be a key member of our Marketing Consulting unit within our Empathy Lab brand.

Responsibilities

Act as the link between development, delivery teams and clients to implement data-driven marketing measurement using clients’ diverse data sources
Provide bespoke technology and data solutions leveraging EPAM’s expertise in software development and data science
Support global go-to-market strategy by identifying key propositions, client verticals and developing tailored sales collateral
Educate internal client leads on Growth Marketing and Paid Media transformation to build cross-functional consensus and senior buy-in
Build strong internal networks with Account Managers and Business Development to identify cross-sell opportunities
Sell and deliver solutions addressing challenges at the intersection of marketing, media and measurement strategy
Cultivate long-term client relationships and maximize growth across client portfolios
Support development of business use cases and help client’s articulate solution vision and requirements

Requirements

Experienced in marketing measurement methodologies, including media optimization and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
Strong understanding of sales lift geo-targeting experiment design
Broad experience in marketing, measurement strategy and paid media orchestration
Expert in consultative selling and designing value-based solutions for client challenges
Thought leader with intellectual curiosity and industry perspective
Proven success in delivering consultative solutions for business-critical challenges
Commercially minded with solid technical understanding of marketing measurement
Excellent storyteller with strong communication and presentation skills
