Job Purpose
The Senior Manager – Knowledge Sharing supports the development and execution of Qiddiya’s knowledge-sharing framework across the Development and Delivery ecosystem. The role ensures SDU’s workstreams, best practices, and lessons learned are clearly communicated, accessible, and adopted by relevant Business Units and Delivery Partners. This position requires strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills to help embed a culture of continuous learning and delivery excellence.
Technical Responsibilities
• Develop presentations, toolkits, and communication products that translate complex delivery models into practical content for Business Units.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing engagements with BUs to drive adoption of SDU frameworks and standards.
• Support the design and delivery of lessons learned sessions, best practice exchanges, and cross-BU workshops.
• Maintain and update knowledge repositories, ensuring accurate content traceability and accessibility.
• Collect insights, data, and progress updates from SDU workstreams to support meaningful knowledge dissemination.
• Present SDU initiatives and outcomes to BU leads, delivery partners, and other stakeholders as required.
• Track and report knowledge adoption KPIs, including compliance and maturity evolution across BUs.
• Work with Digital Delivery to enhance the usage of digital tools that enable knowledge sharing.
• Support change adoption activities and BU champions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Benchmark and incorporate leading practices and innovations from major giga-projects and capital programs.

Requirements:
• Degree: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in major development or capital program environments, including experience in knowledge management, PMO, or stakeholder engagement roles.
• Licenses / Certifications: PMP, PROSCI, or KM-related training beneficial.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation design capability
