The Role
Join SEEK’s Investor Relations team in a high-impact senior role. You will be instrumental in executing our IR program, with a primary focus on delivering seamless half-year and full-year financial reporting.
This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and sound judgment who balances high-level quality with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Investor Relations & Market Positioning
• Program Development: Support the evolution of SEEK’s investor relations strategy to maintain world-class external relationships.
• Valuation Support: Co-lead initiatives that sharpen SEEK’s market positioning and build long-term shareholder confidence.
• Strategic Feedback: Act as a vital link between the market and the Board, translating external sentiment into internal strategic advice.
External Reporting & Disclosure
• Results Leadership: Co-lead the end-to-end delivery of Half-Year and Full-Year results, including ASX announcements and AGM materials.
• Narrative Crafting: Develop clear, compelling stories that explain SEEK’s financial performance, product strategy, and future outlook.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Product teams to gather the data and insights needed for high-quality disclosures.
Investor & Analyst Engagement
• Market Interface: Manage day-to-day interactions with sell-side analysts and respond to detailed inquiries.
• Investor Relations: Join the Head of IR in high-level meetings and roadshows with buy-side institutional investors.
• Targeting & Registry: Monitor the shareholder register and support initiatives to attract new, long-term investors.
Market Intelligence & Internal Insights
• Analyst Monitoring: Analyze research reports to extract key market themes and competitor benchmarks.
• Performance Tracking: Keep a pulse on broker consensus, investor sentiment, and share price movements.
• Board Reporting: Synthesize complex market data into concise, actionable briefings for SEEK’s leadership and Board of Directors
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or financial communications
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage confidently with senior executives and the investment community
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prepare market-facing materials
• Highly organised with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
