About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada.

Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing you’re going to be a part of a team that sits at the intersection of Brand, Product, and Performance. You will be the architect of our narrative, responsible for defining why users should choose KOHO and how we tell that story across every touchpoint.

In this people-manager role, you will lead the strategy for major brand-building campaigns and product launches, orchestrating efforts across partnerships, digital media, OOH, PR and more. You will act as the bridge between our product roadmap and market presence, ensuring our positioning is sharp, data-backed, and deeply connected to our users' needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Brand Positioning & Value Proposition: Own the brand narrative. Define and refine KOHO’s positioning in the market to ensure we stand out in a crowded fintech landscape.

• Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead brand-building campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition. Orchestrate cohesive execution across varied channels including digital media, OOH, PR, partnerships, influencer channels and more.

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Design and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches to increase user engagement, retention and profitability.

• User-First Advocacy: Champion a "user-first" mentality. Demonstrate a deep curiosity for our user base by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform all marketing strategies.

• Analytics & Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to set KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize spend/efforts for maximum ROI.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Creative, Affiliate, Social, and Performance teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 CAD / year.

Responsabilités

• Positionnement de la marque et proposition de valeur :
Être responsable de la narration de la marque. Définir et affiner le positionnement de KOHO afin de nous démarquer dans un marché fintech très concurrentiel.

• Stratégie de campagnes intégrées :
Développer et diriger des campagnes de marque visant à accroître la notoriété et l’acquisition. Orchestrer une exécution cohérente sur divers canaux, notamment les médias numériques, l’affichage extérieur (OOH), les relations publiques, les partenariats, les influenceurs et plus encore.

• Leadership Go-to-Market (GTM) :
Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies de mise en marché pour les lancements de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités afin d’augmenter l’engagement, la rétention et la rentabilité.

• Orientation utilisateur avant tout :
Promouvoir une mentalité centrée sur l’utilisateur. Faire preuve d’une grande curiosité envers notre base d’utilisateurs en exploitant des données qualitatives et quantitatives pour orienter toutes les stratégies marketing.

• Analyse et optimisation :
Utiliser de solides compétences analytiques pour définir les KPI, mesurer l’efficacité des campagnes et optimiser les investissements et les efforts pour maximiser le ROI.

• Collaboration interfonctionnelle :
Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Création, Affiliés, Social et Performance afin d’assurer une cohérence des messages et une exécution fluide.
