Job Description

Overview:

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Implementation who will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and delivery of development programs within the organization. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing implementation plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of detailed implementation plans for projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of activities across planning, design, construction, and operations.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate communication and engagement among internal teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and tools.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project implementation, program management, or similar roles, particularly in large-scale developments or infrastructure projects.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven track record in managing complex implementation programs from planning to execution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
