We are seeking a pragmatic and experienced leader to join our Security Engineering domain as the Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security. In this pivotal role, you will transcend traditional access management by architecting a global identity strategy that treats Identity as the core of our security perimeter. You will ensure the security of sensitive data across our complex global platform while championing a "Security as an Enabler" mindset that balances frictionless user experience with rigorous protection.

As a Senior Manager, you will build and lead a mission-oriented team of engineers, fostering a culture where technical excellence, high-fidelity data, and professional growth are at the heart of our operations. You will orchestrate the deployment of cutting-edge technologies by leveraging solutions like Okta and Cloudflare Warp to build a seamless and secure user experience that brings structure to our extensive ecosystem. Your leadership will be defined by your ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value through collaboration with stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to integrate identity deeply into our global DNA. By driving the transition toward a Zero Trust architecture and modernizing our access models, you will directly influence the security posture and operational resilience of the world’s leading local delivery platform.

Your mission:

• Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Champion a culture of technical excellence and professional growth, enabling the team to drive strategic security outcomes and long-term career success.

• Drive the IAM Roadmap and Maturity: Define the roadmap for our IAM program, encompassing identity governance, access management, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication solutions.

• Drive key IAM initiatives: Lead the implementation of critical projects, including: centralizing identity management, enhancing authentication security, enforcing endpoint identity, adapting zero trust principles, transitioning to role based access control (RBAC)

• Ensure secure identity and access management: Implement and maintain robust security controls to protect organizational identities and access to critical systems and data.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with IT teams, business units, and senior management to ensure successful adoption and implementation of IAM initiatives.

• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to proactively enhance our IAM security posture.

 

 

• Technical expertise: Deep understanding of IAM frameworks and technologies, including Identity Governance (IGA), modern authentication (OIDC/SAML/FIDO2), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Program Design & Governance: Ability to translate high-level security goals into a structured IAM Security program, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements.

• Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Project management: A track record of managing complex, global IAM projects from inception to full organizational adoption.

• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address IAM challenges effectively.

• Threat Landscape Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of the evolving identity threat landscape and modern mitigation strategies like Zero Trust and Phishing-resistant MFA.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud security architectures and cloud IAM concepts (AWS, GCP)

• Familiarity with industry standards and security frameworks

• Experience in fast pace growth environments
