The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in helping leaders run their businesses effectively through people decisions. This role partners closely with senior leaders and managers to bring clarity to org structure, talent strategy, performance differentiation, and team effectiveness. The role also expects a forward-looking approach to how people work is enabled using data, technology, and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision quality, reduce friction, and scale impact over time.

• Business & Leadership Partnership - Partner with senior leaders to shape org design, role clarity, and team operating models in line with evolving business priorities. Act as a thought partner to leaders as they navigate growth, change, and complexity.

• Performance & Talent Effectiveness - Guide leaders through performance management, calibration, and career conversations with clarity and consistency. Support thoughtful talent differentiation, early identification of risk, and development of future-ready leaders.

• Org Effectiveness & Change - Enable leaders to manage change effectively — including team evolution, leadership transitions, and shifting scopes — by bringing structure, judgment, and momentum to ambiguous situations.

• Employee Relations & Judgment-Based Advice - Advise leaders on complex employee matters with maturity, context, and fairness. Balance empathy with accountability while managing risk and reinforcing consistent leadership standards.

• People Success Collaboration - Work closely with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Operations to ensure people solutions are practical, timely, and aligned with business needs.

• Data, Technology & Leverage - Apply a systems mindset to people work by leveraging data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to simplify workflows, surface insights, and improve how leaders and teams make decisions at scale.

We'd love to hear from you, if you::
• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within SaaS or technology organisations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organisational context into effective people decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through judgment, credibility, and clear communication
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex, people-intensive situations
• Comfort using data, technology, and emerging AI tools as decision-support and leverage mechanisms, with the ability to apply critical thinking rather than rely on automation blindly
• Strong grounding in employment practices and compliance relevant to India & US
