Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Health & Safety to lead and oversee health and safety practices across the residential projects. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel involved, driving compliance with regulations, and fostering a proactive safety culture within the project environment.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health and safety frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring continuous improvement in safety performance. You will work closely with project teams to integrate health and safety into all aspects of operations, leading incident investigations, and delivering targeted training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of health and safety management systems tailored to the RES7 project.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, identifying hazards and initiating effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring corrective measures are implemented and communicated.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to enhance awareness and competency among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor health and safety metrics, prepare regular reports for senior leadership, and recommend improvements based on trends and data analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate health and safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations and standards.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve health and safety processes.


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in health and safety management, preferably within large-scale construction projects, especially residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety laws, standards, and best practices.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training delivery.
• Experience with incident investigation, risk assessment, and development of safety management plans.
• Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
