The role / impact
As the Senior Manager of GTM Finance Operations & Planning, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating and standardising the systems, processes, and analysis that drive our Go-to-Market performance. You will ensure that financial requirements are integrated into broader planning cycles while providing the insights necessary for senior leadership to make data-driven investment decisions.
Your work will bridge the gap between Global and Regional leadership, creating a consistent approach to how we model initiatives and track success. By driving excellence in reporting and forecasting, you help create a stronger economy and empower small businesses globally.
Please note this role is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave.
The team / how they connect
You will lead a coordinated effort across GTM FP&A, guiding analysts to ensure the delivery of key projects and consistent financial processes. This role serves as a primary conduit between GTM Finance and Corporate FP&A, building strong relationships across the business to communicate complex projections to diverse audiences.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
• Standardising GTM planning and forecast models across metrics, reporting, and communication.
• Systemising and productionising key financial models, such as cohort analysis, and improving data model foundations.
• Executing strategic projects including the analysis of subscription revenue evolution and the development of channel-specific P&Ls.
• Leading the cleanup and hierarchy tagging of cost centres and the general ledger to enhance reporting accuracy.

Here are some of the things we are looking for
• You bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics such as ARR, LTV:CAC, and churn.
• Your background includes a proven history of managing complex internal stakeholders and building trust through transparency.
• You possess a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining comfortable with ambiguity and embracing continuous change.
• You have an analytical mindset with experience using financial planning software or BI tools like Tableau or Looker to solve complex problems.
• Clear and confident communication is a strength of yours, particularly when laying out timelines or presenting insights to senior leadership.
• A qualification such as a CA, CPA, or CFA would be highly regarded, as would experience with SQL or working within a publicly listed global organisation.
