About the Role

As the Financials Solution Consulting Senior Managerfor ANZ, you will lead a world-class team of presales professionals dedicated to driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You aren't just a manager; you are a strategic leader within the ANZ management team, bridging the gap between technical excellence and sales execution.

You will champion a "One Team" philosophy, fostering a high-performance culture where collaboration with Sales and our broader APAC teams is the standard. From shaping Go-To-Market strategies to coaching your team through complex deal cycles, you will be the architect of our Financials Solution Consulting success in the region.

Your Key Impact Areas:

• Visionary Leadership: Set the bar for excellence by aligning the ANZ Financials team with Sales, Marketing, and Value Management goals.

• Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to Regional Sales Directors, helping define account strategies, win themes, and value-based positioning.

• Deal Excellence: Drive a culture of storytelling and innovation. You’ll personally mentor "Solution Captains" and step into high-impact opportunities to ensure we win with value.

• People Development: Be a world-class coach. You will attract top-tier talent, upskill the current team, and foster an environment built on trust, feedback, and career growth.

• Pipeline & Growth: Lead from the front in pipeline validation and demand management, ensuring our Pre-sales resources are deployed strategically to maximise ROI and win rates.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting (Pre-sales) or Professional Consulting.

• Proven track record in a Solution Consulting leadership role.

Other Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Financials domain and a strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud transformation.

• Strategic Mindset: Skilled in C-level engagement with the ability to build "Trusted Advisor" status with senior stakeholders.

• High-Performance Coaching: Passionate about people management, from talent acquisition to performance coaching and building high-impact teams.

• Execution Focus: A "can-do" attitude with a high level of accountability, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
