About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to join our Finance team. You will lead the implementation, design, build, and maintenance of scalable financial models within our EPM platform, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do:

• Lead implementation and rollout of new EPM, partnering with the Finance org and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Design and develop complex financial models within our EPM tool to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business

• Continuously optimize existing models to improve performance, scalability, and data accuracy

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, People, and Engineering to ensure models meet business needs and adapt to changing requirements

• Integrate models with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity

• Build and support dashboards and key metric reporting leveraging model outputs to serve end users

• Ensure adherence to data governance best practices and platform consistency across models

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• 7+ years of experience with leading EPM solutions (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion)

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and systems architecture

• Experience integrating EPM systems with broader enterprise tools

• Solid understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
