The Role:
As a Sr. Manager, Engineering, you will be leading one or more teams working on diverse projects across multiple regions of the globe. The work will involve a large range of technologies on different types of projects from transformational to customer facing. You will be working in a dynamic environment which is fast paced and requires the ability to react quickly and solve many different types of challenges.

Responsibilities: :
• Lead software development team(s)
• Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis
• Represent the team at cross-team meetings and initiatives
• Work with other development teams, SMEs and technical leaders to solve challenging problems/designs
• Help improve how the development teams do their work
• Communicate directly with senior leaders and non-technical staff when needed
Requirements: :
• 6+ years of experience in software development leadership roles
• Strong Web Service & APIs knowledge and skills using Spring, Spring Boot
• Excellent core Java and particularly server-side Java
• Strong working experience with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch)
• Must be able to document, present and articulate designs and technical decisions in front of teams and ideally business stakeholders
• Proven technical, problem solving ability
• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
• Knowledge of developing solutions using GCP & AWS services
