Senior Manager, Engineering - C#, Windows

What you’ll do:

• Set vision, direction, and clear goals for a dynamic product development team

• Build, mentor, and grow an engineering group passionate about results and learning

• Design and architect secure, scalable solutions for enterprise IT endpoints

• Partner across borders, collaborating with technical leaders in India and the US

• Lead Agile development, transforming ideas into working products through iterative delivery

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and performance to ensure successful launches

• Collaborate on unit and integration testing using automation to deliver reliable software

• Advise on technical challenges, regulatory requirements, and customer-focused solutions

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field

• 10+ years of Microsoft Windows software development experience

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, leading technical teams

• Expertise in object-oriented programming (C# or C++), .NET, Windows Win32

• Skilled in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and Visual Studio

• Proven experience in unit and automation testing; strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communicator, collaborative team player, and trusted mentor

Nice-to-haves:

• 2 years or more experience with Cloud services/SaaS (Azure or AWS)

• Prior experience with unified endpoint management solutions.

• Experience with Linux application development and secure software practices

• Knowledge of SQL, IIS, Web Services, Jira, XML, JSON, HTML, TLS, git, GitHub

• Familiarity with Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban)
