Senior Manager - Domestic PR and Media

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - Domestic PR and Media to lead our public relations efforts within the Saudi Arabian market. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance our reputation, engage various audiences, and promote our projects. Your expertise in domestic media relations and public relations strategy will be essential in showcasing Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and leisure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR campaigns aligned with marketing and brand strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Lead media engagements including press briefings, interviews, and press conferences.
• Prepare press releases, media materials, and key communication content.
• Support media events, announcements, and major project launches.
• Support crisis communications and manage media inquiries when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage PR agencies to ensure aligned messaging.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications roles, with a focus on domestic markets.
• Demonstrated experience managing successful PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape in Saudi Arabia and established relationships with key media representatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to inform decision-making and drive effective PR strategies.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
