Senior Manager – Digital Platforms owns the product realization, delivery readiness, and continuous evolution of Qiddiya’s Digital Platform capabilities — including APIs, microservices, communication services, identity, payments, and integration frameworks. The role ensures platform components are robust, scalable, and reusable across all Qiddiya digital products, enabling interoperability between Mobile, Web, CRM, Loyalty, CDP, and external partner systems.
This position ensures that the Digital Platform serves as the foundation for all guest and operational experiences by managing the delivery backlog, technical dependencies, and service quality across multiple vendors and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own technical requirements, backlog definition, prioritization, and dependency management for all Digital Platform capabilities and shared services.
• Translate functional and technical needs into platform-level deliverables that enable integration and scalability across Qiddiya’s ecosystem.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery, including development, testing, and deployment of platform services such as APIs, identity, and communications.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps, QA, and Delivery Management to ensure releases meet readiness, performance, and security standards.
• Govern API lifecycle management, ensuring consistent design patterns, documentation, and version control.
• Support integration and data exchange between Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, CDP, and third-party systems.
• Oversee platform observability, reliability, and service-level monitoring through collaboration with cloud engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Lead cross-vendor coordination to maintain consistent quality, technical alignment, and release governance.
• Ensure all digital platform services comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and architectural standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing digital platforms or related digital technology functions.
• Proven expertise in managing APIs, integrations, or middleware technologies in cloud-native architectures.
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams and managing multi-vendor collaboration.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments and enterprise integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, and data integration frameworks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage technical discussions with both engineering and business stakeholders.
