Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision and operational requirements.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of advanced technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity measures, into infrastructure planning and development.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance of digital systems.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Implement best practices for project management and digital service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the digital landscape.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of digital infrastructure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in digital infrastructure management, with a proven track record in project management and technology leadership.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, and cloud services.
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications) are an advantage.
