Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Content & Education leads the development and execution of Porch Light Health’s digital content and education infrastructure in support of new patient acquisition, patient retention, workforce development, and brand growth.
This role transforms clinical expertise, provider education initiatives, and organizational storytelling into scalable digital assets, including accredited continuing education programs, workforce development content, patient and caregiver education resources, and in-house multimedia production.
The position plays a key role in supporting grant-funded initiatives related to provider education, workforce expansion, and patient engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role with measurable impact across growth, retention, education, and revenue pathways
Key Responsibilities
1. Provider Education & Workforce Development
Oversee production and lifecycle management of accredited CE programs
Support workforce development initiatives through digital learning content
Ensure compliance with accreditation and grant reporting requirements
Manage LMS course ingestion and storefront operations
Track CE participation, engagement, and revenue performance
Collaborate with Grants team to support education-related funding initiatives
2. Patient & Caregiver Education Strategy
Design and produce multi-format educational content for patients and approved family supports
Develop scalable family engagement programming aligned with evidence-based SUD care
Integrate education touchpoints across the treatment lifecycle
Support grant-funded patient education and community outreach initiatives
Partner with Operations to measure engagement and retention impact
3. Digital Content Leadership
Lead development of video and digital content across:
Website and landing pages
YouTube and digital platforms
Business Development materials
Recruitment and onboarding
Social media and campaigns
Conduct and edit interviews with alumni, staff, providers, and leadership
Convert live events into enduring digital assets
Maintain centralized digital asset library and governance standards
4. Visual Brand & In-House Production
Lead internal photography initiatives to build and maintain a proprietary image library
Produce commercial-style brand and recruitment videos
Ensure visual consistency across markets and service lines
Reduce reliance on external production vendors where appropriate
5. Webinar & Live Event Production
Manage technical execution of webinars and hybrid events
Support speaker readiness and content capture
Ensure repurposing of event content into scalable assets
Integrate lead capture and follow-up workflows
6. Reporting & Performance Measurement
Deliver quarterly dashboards linking digital education and content initiatives to:
Acquisition metrics
Retention metrics
CE revenue
Workforce engagement
Maintain LMS satisfaction ≥80%
Achieve ≥95% on-time content delivery
Support defined retention and engagement improvement targets in partnership with Operations
Qualifications
5+ years experience in digital content production, multimedia strategy, or education delivery
Experience managing LMS platforms preferred
Strong video production, editing, and photography capability
Experience supporting education or workforce development initiatives preferred
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple production pipelines
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Healthcare or mission-driven experience preferred
Compensation:
$85,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience, location, education and internal equity
