Senior Manager - Data Analytics

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Data Analytics to lead our data analytics initiatives and drive strategic insights across the organization. In this leadership role, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets to inform business decisions and optimize operational performance. You will manage a team of data analysts, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and implement innovative data solutions that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data tools and platforms, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing data-driven culture and capabilities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and management of analytics frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with business units to identify data requirements and analytical needs.
• Oversee data quality, integrity, and governance to ensure reliable analytics outputs.
• Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Implement and optimize data collection systems, data analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in reporting
• Strong knowledge of data visualization, data governance, and statistical modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights.
