The Senior Manager - Compliance at the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU) – is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continual enhancement of the SDU Compliance Framework to ensure full alignment with ISO 9001, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role leads compliance governance activities across SDU teams, ensuring that all processes, procedures, and documented information meet established quality and compliance standards. It includes driving awareness and training programs, monitoring adherence, and conducting regular audits to proactively identify risks and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Additionally, the role ensures strong collaboration across SDU verticals, supports the preparation of compliance reports and dashboards, and develops standardized compliance communication materials that uphold SDU branding and promote a strong culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the SDU Compliance Framework, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, internal governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Act as a SME in compliance audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to strengthen compliance maturity across SDU.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they remain up to date, relevant, and effectively communicated to all SDU teams.
• Monitor compliance performance, including evaluation of process adherence, risk exposure, documentation quality, and alignment with QMS requirements.
• Drive compliance awareness and capacity-building initiatives, delivering focused training sessions to ensure all SDU staff, Business units and functions understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
• Review and assess SDU processes and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards and ISO 9001 controls. § Collaborate closely with SDU verticals to ensure consistent application of compliance requirements, offering expert guidance and support in resolving compliance challenges.
• Identify emerging risks, and recommend mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality compliance dashboards, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance transparency across SDU leadership.
• Ensure strong governance of documented information, including oversight of document control practices, version management, and information accuracy in coordination with the Document Control Lead.
• Facilitate cross-functional compliance reviews, enabling seamless collaboration and promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead compliance components of SDU Quality meetings, ensuring accurate documentation, structured follow-up, and effective tracking of compliance actions and performance indicators.
• Ensure all compliance-related communications and deliverables adhere to SDU branding, tone, and formatting standards, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
• Develop standardized compliance communication materials, such as guidelines, presentations, templates, and awareness campaigns that strengthen compliance culture across SDU and QIC.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs within large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and best practice compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory environments and translate into actionable compliance strategies.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (preferred) Certifications in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), such as ISO 31000 Risk Management, ISO 37001 Anti‑Bribery, or COBIT (advantageous).
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
