The Senior Manager, Change Management, will lead and manage strategic change management initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing high-level strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes by employees.  Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies and proven track record of delivery within a Financial Services environment.  Senior Manager will work closely with executive leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive change initiatives that align with the organisation's long-term goals and vision.

 

• Develop and implement strategic change management frameworks and plans.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale change management activities.
• Conduct high-level impact analyses and assess organizational change readiness.
• Identify and manage strategic risks and resistance to change.
• Provide executive coaching and support to senior leaders and managers.
• Facilitate strategic change management workshops and executive meetings.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep employees informed.
• Monitor and measure the long-term effectiveness of change initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in change management (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in change management or related strategic roles.
• Strong understanding of strategic change management principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Proven ability to lead and drive large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organisational goals.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving change initiatives at a strategic level.
• Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in for change initiatives.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.
• Change Advocacy: Passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Resilience: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances
