Accountabilities:
Lead as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, building trusted relationships and serving as a consistent source of operational guidance to support successful delivery of cell therapy at site level.

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Clinical Operations, Study Management and Monitoring, Supply Chain, Medical, IT and Commercial to resolve site questions, remove barriers and enable efficient patient scheduling and treatment delivery.
• Communicate critical patient-related information to site stakeholders with clarity and empathy, supporting sites in managing expectations across the treatment journey.
• Coordinate with Regional and Territory Operations Managers to ensure site readiness across logistics, personnel, training and digital platform access (including COI/COC), enabling sites to operate effectively and compliantly.
• Identify, assess and communicate issues related to cellular starting material, investigational medicinal product and associated supplies, ensuring sites receive timely guidance and support to maintain continuity of patient treatment.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain on out-of-specification communication, product recalls and product-related issues impacting clinical sites.
• Develop and refine operational procedures, tools and materials related to the AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub to improve clarity, usability and effectiveness for clinical sites.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Cell Therapy Hub systems, tools and processes (including Customer Portal, telephony systems, SOPs, work instructions and business rules) to effectively guide sites through operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by site feedback and operational insights to enhance the overall clinical site and patient experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cell Therapy Hub processes, regulatory standards and compliance expectations to ensure accurate and consistent guidance is provided to sites.
• Coordinate implementation of process updates across assigned sites in partnership with Regional and Territory Operations Management, supporting smooth adoption and minimal disruption to patient treatment activities.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to patient impact by ensuring sites feel supported, informed and confident in delivering cell therapy treatments.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in compliance with applicable SOPs, regulations and quality standards.
• Travel more than 50% of the time to engage directly with clinical sites and stakeholders.
• Provide proactive, hands-on operational support to clinical sites, helping them navigate cell therapy processes, digital tools and patient journey requirements to enable consistent, compliant and timely treatment delivery.
