We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Business to lead and scale post-sales business operations within a fast-growing online learning environment. This role is centered around owning end-to-end business performance, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, improving gross margins, and enhancing customer lifetime value through better retention and engagement. As a key business leader, you will oversee large operational teams and multiple course categories, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality learning experiences for customers. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and customer experience, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role demands a strong sense of ownership, the ability to manage high-volume operations, and a deep understanding of how to balance business goals with customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and gross margin improvements
• Lead initiatives to improve customer retention, course completion rates, and reduce churn
• Manage and mentor large, operations-heavy teams across multiple product or course categories
• Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency in delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and leadership to enhance customer outcomes
• Analyze business metrics and performance data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value
• Ensure smooth execution of post-sales processes and high-quality customer experience
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where needed
• Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
