We are looking for our Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing team! You’ll report to the Sr Manager Retail Operations and you will be part of the Retail Operation team. With your knowledge and technical background, you will be the point of reference for everything related to the good condition of our shops and offices, following existing procedures as well as creating new ones for the local business. Your main tasks will be:
- Ensure the execution of the maintenance plan for the stores, work orders and repairs and ensure office/stores environment efficient, clean and safe
- Manage properly the service forms in the maintenance program;
- Manage timing schedule and budget
- Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
- Maintain Rituals store data (systems) for stores in maintenance program;
- Check quality of maintenance works and create report, in order to ensure the maintenance service level as agreed.
- Manage documentation/implementation security camera and alarm
- Manage maintenance contract
- Periodic visits on network retail in order to ensure compliance
- Telephone landline coordination
- Create inductions maintenance processes

On top of this, you have:
- Technical studies
- Strong ommunication skills  
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience                                                                                        
- Previous experience in retail sector especially in start up phase is a plus
