Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and build production-level machine learning applications. In this role, you will leverage advanced ML techniques to develop self-learning automated systems, delivering state-of-the-art predictive and regression models. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying production-grade machine learning models

• Building feature engineering pipelines and managing data workflows

• Developing and benchmarking models, from training through retraining cycles

• Ensuring robust production deployments in a scalable environment

• Maintaining and optimizing our data warehouse (AWS Redshift) and leveraging MLflow for model management

• Collaborating on data engineering efforts using AWS Big Data solutions

Requirements

• IV educational level in general, social sciences, linguistic, natural-mathematical, pedagogical, technical, organizational, entrepreneurial, or economic direction

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, covering supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

• Excellent knowledge of the Python programming language

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of software engineering principles, including Git, unit testing, CI/CD, and Docker

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large-scale data warehousing (AWS Redshift)

• Familiarity with MLflow and AWS Big Data solutions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing remote team
