We’re looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end domestic logistics for our oilseeds supply chain. This role ensures smooth stock movements, accurate documentation, and timely delivery across Australia, while also supporting international execution when required.
You’ll coordinate daily logistics activities, manage movement orders and transport bookings, resolve delivery or invoice issues, complete reconciliations, and work closely with Trading, Bulk Handlers, and service providers. You’ll also assist with import vessel execution, documentation, and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Manage domestic stock movements and ensure deliveries meet contractual timelines.
• Coordinate movement orders, truck bookings, and customer delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, invoices, and contract variances.
• Complete contract, stock, and month‑end reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, debtor reports, and month‑end reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with Bulk Handlers, customers, and service providers.
• Support import vessel execution, documentation, and DAFF compliance.
• Provide training and support to team members.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in logistics coordination or domestic distribution.
• Knowledge of grain/oilseed transportation and commodity logistics.
• Understanding of GTA rules, stock reconciliation, and contract execution.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
