Senior Level - Appian Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Appian Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions using the Appian low-code platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed business requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and implementing Appian-based solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand intricate business needs and architect innovative and scalable Appian solutions.
• Leverage your deep expertise in the Appian platform to create complex process models, sophisticated user interfaces, intricate rules, and data structures that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Design and implement advanced integrations with external systems using a variety of integration methods, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and custom connectors.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and lead efforts to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of Appian applications.
• Guide and mentor junior developers by providing technical insights, code reviews, and sharing best practices to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, architects, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead comprehensive testing efforts to ensure the reliability, security, and quality of developed solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Stay at the forefront of Appian platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions using the Appian platform.
• Technical Skills: • Expert-level proficiency in the Appian low-code platform, including advanced process design, rule creation, interface customization, and data modeling.
• Strong experience with integration techniques and technologies, such as RESTful web services, SOAP, and ESBs.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, such as JavaScript frameworks, CSS preprocessors, and responsive design.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, and database performance tuning.

• Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance, and influencing technical decisions.
