Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. Als (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) sind Sie Mitglied der globalen Rechtsabteilung von AUMOVIO im Team Global Commercial Law und hauptsächlich verantwortlich für die rechtliche Beratung der AUMOVIO SE und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften im Bereich Technical Compliance, schwerpunktmäßig im europäischen Rechtsraum.

Dies beinhaltet u.a.: 

• Juristische Beratung zu technischen Compliance‑Anforderungen und produktbezogenen Pflichten (Produktsicherheitsrecht, EU-Verordnungen, CE‑Konformität, Umwelt‑/Chemikalienrecht etc.)
• Prüfung und rechtliche Bewertung technischer Compliance‑Fragestellungen der Fachbereiche (Engineering, R&D, Quality)
• Unterstützung bei der Auslegung bestehender technischer Standards und Normen aus rechtlicher Perspektive
• Begleitung und rechtliche Weiterentwicklung des bereits bestehenden Technical‑Compliance‑Systems
• Sicherstellung, dass interne Standards rechtlich aktuell sind (Monitoring von regulatorischen Änderungen)
• Erstellung und Pflege juristisch fundierter Guidelines, Arbeitsanweisungen und Checklisten

• Volljurist (m/w/d) (Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d)) 
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Konzerns oder in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei
• Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Produktrecht, Produkthaftung, Produktsicherheit oder technischer Compliance
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Technische Affinität und Fähigkeit, technische Dokumentation juristisch einzuordnen
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte praxisnah und verständlich darzustellen
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, unternehmerisches Denken, Standhaftigkeit
