What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for legal and commercial contracts support for the Global Alliances and AI Select business units. You will work with Global Alliances and AI Select sales leaders to enable sales and mitigate risk to the company. 

You will:

• Draft and negotiate contracts with Dell's largest Global Alliances and AI Select customers 

• Draft contract templates and other go to market transactional materials for Global Alliances and AI Select customers 

• Partner with IP, trade and compliance legal team members to appropriately address risk specific to the Global Alliances and AI Select business units 

• Provide legal counselling and guidance to senior leaders in the Global Alliances and AI Select sales teams, anticipating risk and developing mitigation plans specific to their business needs

Essential Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree 

• License to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions.  

• 12+ years' experience as a practicing attorney; 10+ years of experience in-house supporting outbound complex sales transactions.   

• Ability to manage work with limited administrative support.  

• A positive attitude, sense of humor, confidence, and the ability to work independently 

Desirable Requirements 

• License to practice law in Massachusetts
