Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. Als Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/divers) sind Sie Mitglied der globalen Rechtsabteilung von AUMOVIO und in erster Linie für die rechtliche Beratung der AUMOVIO SE und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften in Fragen des Gesellschaftsrechts und bei M&A-Projekten zuständig.

Dazu gehören:

• Beratung zum Aktienrecht, einschließlich der Besonderheiten einer SE
• Unterstützung der Hauptversammlung
• Beratung zum Kapitalmarktrecht
• Beratung zu Corporate-Governance-Themen
• Unterstützung bei M&A- sowie Corporate Finance-Projekten
• Corporate Housekeeping für Tochtergesellschaften

• Voll qualifizierter Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in Deutschland
• Erfahrung im Gesellschaftsrecht sowie M&A und/oder Finance
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
• Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
• Kommunikationsstärke
• Teamfähigkeit
