It is essential you can demonstrate:  

• Postgraduate qualifications, ideally a PhD or equivalence in qualification and experience, in a relevant discipline
• Extensive experience working and teaching in a tertiary education institution
• Experience in course development and program delivery
• Eligibility for membership of the AASW: Australian Association of Social Workers
• Passion for teaching and empowering the next generation of social workers
• Dedicated to developing your academic career in Social Work and academic leadership.
