Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead and build high-impact learning solutions for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

This is a senior, hands-on role in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will design blended learning journeys, define measurable outcomes, and directly develop content-including slide decks, facilitated materials, and eLearning.

What makes this role different?

• Lead instructional design strategy

• Run discovery workshops

• Define learning outcomes

• Apply AI thoughtfully within learning solutions

• Create content for learning experiences

You will report into the Learning Experience Design Director.

This role offers remote working.

What will you do...

• Design blended learning solutions (live, virtual, self-directed)

• Write learning objectives and aligned assessments

• Develop facilitator and participant materials

• Create eLearning and digital learning assets

• Review content development by medical writers to provide instructional design recommendations to ensure clarity and optimize the learner's experience

• Partner with pharmaceutical stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

• Contribute to the development of proposals in response to an RFP or specific client request

What do you need to have...

• Experience in Learning Experience Design / Instructional Design

• Experience working in a learning or communications agency

• Understand pharmaceutical and healthcare environments (e.g., pharma sales, MSL engagement, HCP audiences, compliance context)

• 3+ years of experience translating scientific or technical content into effective learning

• Experience building PowerPoint decks, facilitator guides, and eLearning

• Experience working on projects with tight deadlines and in a multi-project environment

• Bring fresh thinking and practical use of AI in learning design
