We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Development team and help evolve the learning and development strategy at efood. Alongside shaping impactful learning initiatives, you will also contribute to key People Experience efforts, supporting employee engagement, growth, and overall workplace experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive impactful development initiatives, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution

• Focus on building senior leadership capability and delivering scalable learning solutions

• Run high-impact training programs for Managers

• Oversee established development frameworks (Mentoring, Coaching, and Performance Management) to maximize impact

• Leverage modern learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learning effectiveness and scale

• Use data and insights to continuously improve outcomes

• Collaborate with global teams, leadership, and HR partners to align priorities, challenge and influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of learning and growth

• Support the overall people experience by developing strategies that promote engagement, satisfaction, and retention

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar roles

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs

• Experience linking learning initiatives to organizational talent strategy, development, and retention goals

• Hands-on experience with learning technologies, with curiosity to leverage AI tools in L&D

• Experience using data and insights to measure program impact and continuously improve outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
