Tasks and Responsibilities

We are supporting a global Development organization responsible for running clinical trials with 13,000 associates and an additional 6,000 external partners, serving a total audience of nearly 20,000 people. The team is building next-generation Development Capability, with a strong focus on AI-driven learning. Our customer has launched a new AI Learning Program—covering Development AI, Generative AI, and targeted capability building—moving beyond traditional learning models and avoiding unnecessary complexity.

We are looking for a proven Learning Specialist/Learning Project Manager who can manage end-to-end learning: conduct needs analysis, design the learning architecture, develop content, storyboard, and deploy learning solutions at scale. Exposure to AI concepts and AI-enabled learning is essential.

This is not a learning- trainer role; we need someone who deeply understands learning design, learning strategy, and digital capability building, especially for audiences such as managers and scientists in a clinical development environment.

• Apply consultative skills to assess skill gaps and prioritize learning needs that are aligned with business goals and objectives

• Initiate and facilitate discussions with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive clear learning outcomes, goals, timelines, and target populations; all tied to the strategic needs of the business   

• Manage the learning project team, applying project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure on time and on budget delivery of complex learning programs  

• Track, assess, and communicate project status with team members and stakeholders routinely​

• Develop and execute effective communication plans and campaigns aligned with project and audience needs across multiple channels  

• Design and deliver presentations aligned to audience, including senior leaders 

• Design and implement business impact measures across learning solutions to assess effectiveness. Continuously monitor and analyze learning outcomes and apply insights to improve impact of learning programs   

• Drive stakeholder satisfaction by delivering the best customer experience, quality of learning solutions, and positive impact to the business.  

• Coordinate the design and development of storyboards, courses, curriculum, and learning materials for both synchronous and asynchronous learning programs


Requirements:
• Over 5 year of experience with Learning topic- End to end
• Exposure to AI concepts and AI-enabled learning is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing impactful learning programs

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines  

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities and challenges into learning solutions

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels  

• The ability to be curious, flexible and have a growth mindset   

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality  

• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and practice

• Commitment to flexible working hours as global team members in different time zones
