Senior/Lead JavaScript Developer (Client-site)

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer that is responsible for implementation of a new middleware application, who is highly motivated and takes initiative to work in an release oriented environment. The candidate should have deep software development experience with JavaScript, ability to understand distributed systems and their design, an understanding of enterprise architecture and strong verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
Frontend Development:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS, with handson experience using Material UI (MUI).
• Skilled in building responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML and CSS.

Backend Development:

• Extensive experience in Node.js development, with proven expertise in LoopBack 3 and LoopBack 4 frameworks.
• Working knowledge of NestJS is an advantage.

Database Technologies:

• PostgreSQL experience is required.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MongoDB, and MSSQL is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Batch and Bash scripting is a plus.

Tools, Platforms, and Middleware:

• Working knowledge of the following technologies is an advantage:
• Apache Kafka
• Keycloak
• ZOLOZ eKYC
• NGINX
• ControlM
• GitLab
• Jira

Operating Systems:

• Familiar with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows operating systems.

AI Assisted Development:

• Familiarity with AIdriven coding assistants is preferred.
• Candidates without prior experience must demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn and integrate AI tools to improve development efficiency.

Others:

• Candidates who have been recently employed or with no more than 6 months of employment gap are preferred.
• Banking industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Waterfall SDLC methodology is required; Agile experience is a plus.

For Lead Roles:

• Must have directly managed at least 5 FTEs for a minimum of 2 years.
• Should possess adequate communication and presentation skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
• Must have a strategic and analytical mindset capable of handling complex tasks and decision-making responsibilities.
